How far would you go to get the object of your desire?

In this witty and often hilarious comedy set around the auction of a Brett Whiteley painting, David Williamson explores age old questions of greed, deperation and self-interest in the Sydney art scene. First performed by MTC and STC in 2001 and starring stage icons such as Garry McDonald and Angela Punch MacGregor “Up for Grabs” is a play which will leave you breathless as you get caught in this web of art and greed.

It’s easy to see why Madonna chose this play to make her return to the London stage!
